Send in or donate clothing

Please contact us using the contact form before sending the clothing.

Pack the clothes and send them to us or bring them to us after prior arrangement.

Check and weigh

We check every item of clothing and weigh the saleable items. You'll be informed about any that are unsellable (if there are any). We then pass them on to aid organizations, still intact.

Payout or donation

Option 1: We'll tell you the total weight of the saleable goods and pay you CHF 6 per kg via bank transfer or Twint. We'll also cover the shipping costs for sending your goods (Swiss Post rates).
Example: If your sent clothing weighs 20kg (approx. 2 large, full bags), you will receive 120 CHF plus your shipping costs.

Option 2: If you like the idea, you can donate the clothes, and we'll cover the shipping costs.

✅ We can accept clothing according to the following criteria:

  • Size: Newborn to approx. 140

    Washed, clean and in good to very good condition.

  • Intact

    No holes, no rough stains, and no damaged seams or zippers. We also accept clothing without tags ☺️.

  • Hygiene / Other

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear. Unfortunately, heavily personalized clothing (except for names on the labels) is also no longer for sale.
